The Chef’s Pavilion Palette

Enjoy flavoursome Creole, Asian and Western meals, prepared by our chef. Guests are encouraged to enjoy their own catch of the day, while night time brings magical starry skies with barbecues and bare-foot dining on the beach. All products and ingredients used are sourced locally from neighbouring Seychelles Islands or from Cousine Island’s own garden supply. Fishermen on the islands of Praslin and Mahé also catch fresh fish and seafood locally and sustainably for our guests.
