Learn about the ingredients and spices used in Creole cooking by having a personal hands-on cooking lesson with our chef at The Pavilion. Sample daily catches from the local fishermen of Praslin and Mahé. Experience traditional Creole cooking with locally grown spices, herbs, vegetables & fruits — some of which are soon to be grown in our gardens and future hydroponic greenhouses. Try something new, and you’ll go home with a new favourite—and several new recipes!

All dining experiences are included in your stay, prepared by our chefs with love in the Pavilion and served where guests choose — in your villa, on the beach, at the pavilion, or packed as a picnic.
