Turtle season draws to a close

Bird news!

Returning to the island after a month’s leave, it was quite obvious that the number of birds on the island have significantly increased. Lesser Noddies and Brown Noddies have started coming in during April and the numbers are constantly increasing. Turtle Update

What a Hawksbill Turtle season, way surpassing all previous years. 230 nests were laid during this season, with the last nest only laid in middle March by an untagged turtle!
