Information at their site that you will also find useful is that of public holidays in the Seychelles. There are in total 12 public holidays of which seven are religious holidays. The important dates are that of 1 and 2 January for New Year’s Day; 1 May for Labour Day; 5 June for Liberation Day; 18 June for National Day, and 29 June for Independence Day. The religious holidays fall on the following dates:
