Dining:

The food is essentially local at a tropical island resort, but you have choices from the menu, or if you want something specially for your tastes, mention it to the chef,

and if possible we will accommodate your request. As the sun begins to rise and the birds begin their day, you are greeted with the smell of freshly brewed coffee before a  Continental or English breakfast, offered with a wonderful choice of fresh fruit. Lunch is served at your convenience, while dinner in the main pavilion is where you are treated to a four-course menu.
